عقار يلتقي رئيس جنوب افريقيا ويكتب عن اللقاء:

التقيت ظهر اليوم بفخامة الرئيس سيريل رامافوزا رئيس جمهورية جنوب إفريقيا حيث نقلت له تحايا فخامة رئيس مجلس السيادة الفريق اول عبد الفتاح البرهان واطلعته علي الأوضاع الانسانية وحجم الدمار الذي احدثته قوات التمرد في القطاع الخدمي من استهدافها للبنية التحتية والمرافق الخدمية بجميع انواعها

ناقشنا كذلك خلال اللقاء موقف الحكومة السودانية حول إنهاء الحرب وقدمت له شرحاً لخارطة الطريق التي ستقودنا الى ذلك، واكدت له استعداد الحكومة لانهاء الحرب ومشكلة صعوبة التواصل مع المليشيا نسبة لتعدد مراكز اتخاذ القرار إلى جانب وجود مرتزقة اجانب في صفوفها.

اكدت للرئيس رامافوزا اننا نتوقع القضاء على التمرد بنهاية أبريل القادم في معظم ولايات السودان، كما واعربت له عن مخاوفنا من انتهاج المليشيا لنهجها العنصري المتكرر ضد المكونات الأفريقية في إقليم دارفور، لاسيما وان حادثة دفن ابناء المساليت احياءاً لا تزال شاهداً يقف علي تلك الانتهاكات الجسيمة والتحشيد العسكري بناءاً على الاسس العنصرية الذي تقوم به المليشيا الان في دارفور يعزز من هذه المخاوف.

اطلعت الرئيس سيريل رامافوزا على خطتنا نحو الإصلاحات التي قمنا بها إلى جانب إستراتيجيتنا في تعزيز المصالح بين المكونات المجتمعية فور الانتهاء من الحرب والتي ستتزامن مع عملية إعمار ما دمرته الحرب.

تطرقنا كذلك الى الخطوة الخطيرة التي اقدمت عليها الحكومة الكينية ودعمها لمواقف الميليشيا في تشكيل حكومة موازية وأكدت له أن هذا انتهاك واضح للقوانين الدولية ومواثيق الاتحاد الأفريقي ونحن نصنف هذا العمل على انه تحرك معادٍ للسودان واستهداف صريح لوحدته وسيادة أراضيه، وهو عملٌ القصد منه تقسيم بلادنا، وأكدت لرئيس جمهورية جنوب افريقيا عن عميق ارتياحنا من المواقف الواضحة لمعظم دول الجوار الإقليمي الرافضة لهذه الخطوة وطالبته بأن تقاوم القارة مثل هذه التحركات السلبية التي تهدف لتفتيت الدول الإفريقية لمصلحة دول من خارج القارة.

ناقشنا كذلك قضايا ذات ارتباط بمؤسسات البلدين سيتم التطرق لها لاحقاً الى جانب قضايا تتعلق باوضاع مواطنينا السودانيين المقيمين في دولة جنوب إفريقيا وأكد السيد الرئيس رامافوزا سعيهم لانهاء الحرب في السودان وانه سيعمل على دعم استعادة السودان لدوره التاريخي في القارة.

This afternoon, I met with His Excellency President Cyril Ramaphosa, President of the Republic of South Africa. During the meeting, I conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the President of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, and briefed him on the humanitarian situation and the extent of destruction caused by the rebel forces in the service sector, including their targeting of infrastructure and various types of service facilities.

We also discussed the Sudanese government’s position on ending the war, and I provided him with an explanation of the roadmap that will lead us to this goal. I emphasized the government’s readiness to end the war and highlighted the challenges in communicating with the militia due to the multiplicity of decision-making centers, as well as the presence of foreign mercenaries within their ranks.

I assured President Ramaphosa that we expect to eliminate the rebellion by the end of April next year in most states of Sudan. I also expressed our concerns about the militia’s repeated racist practices against African communities in the Darfur region. The incident of burying members of the Masalit community alive stands as a stark testament to these grave violations. The militia’s current military mobilization in Darfur, based on racial grounds, further exacerbates these concerns.

I informed President Cyril Ramaphosa about our plans for the reforms we have undertaken, as well as our strategy to strengthen communal interests once the war concludes. This will coincide with the reconstruction of what has been destroyed by the war.

We also addressed the dangerous step taken by the Kenyan government in supporting the militia’s positions by attempting to form a parallel government. I emphasized that this constitutes a clear violation of international laws and the charters of the African Union. We consider this action as hostile to Sudan and a direct targeting of its unity and territorial sovereignty, aimed at dividing our nation. I expressed our deep appreciation for the clear positions of most regional neighboring countries that reject this move and urged President Ramaphosa to ensure that the continent resists such negative actions aimed at fragmenting African nations for the benefit of countries outside the continent.

We also discussed issues related to the institutions of both countries, which will be addressed later, as well as matters concerning the conditions of our Sudanese citizens residing in South Africa. President Ramaphosa affirmed his commitment to supporting efforts to end the war in Sudan and to restoring Sudan’s historical role on the continent.
